School pictures

The PTA is happy to serve as a liason between PS 112Q and the picture company for annual school portraits, class photos, and 5th grade cap & gown pictures. Picture days are decided based on the company's availability and the school's current enrollment. Once scheduled, the picture days are announced on Class Dojo and the school's weekly email to the community.  Digital proofs are made available approximately two weeks after picture day is complete.

Viewing proofs and ordering printed or digital images are done online through the email address parents have on file with the school. If you are having trouble viewing your proofs, please reach out to 112qptapresident@gmail.com for assistance.

If you have any issues with your order, you must reach out to hello@coolforschoolphoto.com directly. The PTA does not have access to any order or payment details.

Cool for School will offer vaious specials of free shipping of orders if the delivery address is set to the school's address, however this may cause a delay of up to 3 weeks in receiving your order. The specific dates for free shipping will be shared on Class Dojo and weekly community emails. 

During the windows of free shipping, the PTA is happy to provide ordering assistance for any families who need to pay with cash. Appointments can be made by emailing 112qptapresident@gmail.com.
