More Events Are Possible!
PTA events must be made available to ALL members of the school community. We would love to bring even more fun, meaningful events to our families, but we need more proactive members to help make that happen!  

If you have an idea for a new event initiative and would like to help the Executive Team take the lead on it, please email 112qptapresident@gmail.com.

How Financial Support For Our Community Works
The PTA's approved financial support for various school initiatives is detailed in our annual budget. All approved funds are disbursed as detailed in step #3 below. 

If a school community member* would like the PTA to financially support an additional initiative, the following steps must be taken:

1. Send an email to both 112qptapresident@gmail.com and 112qpta@gmail.com detailing:

   • A specified dollar amount

   • What the financial support is for

   • If this will be either a reimbursed cost, direct payment to a vendor, or direct purchase of items (online purchases only)

   • A date for when the funds are needed by (if applicable). 

2. Once received, this proposed item will be included in the PTA's agenda at the next general meeting. You will receive a emailed confirmation of this. When presented at the meeting, the proposed item will either be motioned & seconded or held to a vote for approval.

3. You will be notified via email whether funds receive approval or not. If approved, disbursement of funds will occur as follows:

   • For reimbursement: Please email proof of payment and a check will be made out to you.

   • For direct payment to a vendor: Please email an invoice of the full dollar amount with the vendor's full name and contact information, including a phone number. Payment will be made to them in the form of a check, an online platform provided by the vendor, or through Zelle. 

   • For direct purchase of items online: Please email specific links of items and the quantity of each item needed. Delivery will be to the school. If the items are needed for a specific date/event, the items will be delivered to your attention. 

Please note - payments can never be made by cash

*If there is a request to give financial support for a community member in need, please contact the Parent Coordinator to communicate this request to the PTA Executive Team. The request will be presented at the next PTA meeting for approval. If approved, support will be made in the form of a pre-paid gift card and the Parent Coordinator will serve as the primary contact between the community member and Executive Team.
