Our Psychics Are Available Now
Our mission is to bring you happiness
Many of us are preoccupied with life and have our thoughts elsewhere. Indeed, we are mindless. Because it immerses you in your experience and enables you to re-establish a connection with both the outside world and yourself, mindfulness exercises can have a profound impact.
The cosmos is within you, beside you, and directly in front of you. Additionally, it is all a part of a single universal consciousness. In actuality, it is just that. There is a hum of invention in everything. Everything is singing and glistening with color. This stellar substance is present in everything. According to science, we are star stuff. Naturally. All of us are composed of the same atoms and constituent particles that have been reassembled and recombined. Like so much fancy clay and muck, it was reshaped and fashioned into various sizes and shapes.
That is why I notice things while I am out and about. Singing birds. Children having fun. There are humming bugs. I take note of the subtlety and beauty of even the smallest objects, like a snail or a grain of sand. When I am appreciating the exquisite ways that things have been crafted, this practice of mindfulness makes life enjoyable. However, this was not always how I saw things. I was unaware of this Universal playdough at first. In actuality, it is quite typical.
Reasons You’re Mindless
Many individuals find it difficult to recognize the wonder in the ordinary. They find it difficult to appreciate the grandeur and beauties of the present. They also experience a sense of disconnection. They feel so cut off from each other and from themselves. However, what is the cause of this? What prevents the typical individual from enjoying these lovely relationships? First of all, it can be challenging if you are experiencing:
Feeling overwhelmed, irate, envious, embarrassed, guilty, preoccupied, etc.
It is generally more difficult to appreciate the wonders of life when you are feeling down. This is not to argue that negative feelings are not appropriate—quite the contrary! Simply put, they may make it harder for you to see what is directly in front of you.
However, it is not the only method; you could run into problems. Other factors may also cause obstacles. It can be more difficult for you to recognize magic right now if you were never taught to see the amazing around you and instead have been taught to concentrate on the next thing. This could indicate that you are searching for the next big accomplishment or that you are so focused on the future that it kind of backfires and makes the present feel poopy.
Being mired in the past is another scenario. You will find it difficult to appreciate the wonder and beauty of the present if you are stuck in the past. If you are reflecting on how wonderful a previous period of your life was—a golden period that is now gone—this may be you. If you are dwelling on the past, it might also be you (think: blunders, regrets, resentments, etc.). So, how do you get to a location where it is visible? Where are you connected?
The Quick and Dirty Eye Opener
You must remain motionless long enough to appreciate the amazing moment. Even when you are concentrating on the "little," you can start to see the wider picture by acknowledging that beautiful right now. This is due to the fact that magic occurs when you are present. You can become more present and capable of seeing things for what they are by doing a few things. This little "Eye Opener" practice is the simplest and quickest: Take a seat anywhere you like. [Note: If you are feeling a little poopy, it is best to pick a spot that makes you feel good. Where you are does not matter as much if you are already feeling well. Examine your surroundings until you spot something that catches your attention. It can be anything, but it is ideal if it is physically accessible. Use as many senses as you can to take in everything about this object. Enjoy the moment and, if you would like, share it with others.
Reconnect to the Universal with Mindfulness
This little practice is effective because it compels you to pause your current activity and focus on the present. You become motionless when you spend time in the current moment. You may FEEL the connections between things and notice all the miracles around you when you stop moving. Just because you feel disconnected from everything that IS does not mean you STOP being linked to it.
It is similar to stating, "Oh, the sky does not seem blue to me. Today feels like chartreuse. As I say, "I feel like I just spawned from the air…" rather than having been born, I can promise you that the sky is still blue. Nope. All of us descended from a lady. Likewise, that universal connection is still there. We simply require a reminder since we occasionally forget it exists. To reconnect with ourselves, we only need to practice mindfulness.
We Are Universal Star Stuff
As I write this, I can feel the global star stuff when I glance about. My cells are vibrating, and I can hear the table singing. Even though it is just play-dough, everything is unique. Also, everything is OK. Really. Recently, I was asked about death. They were worried about our afterlife, which is a valid worry for a lot of people. Heck, when I denied my ability, I was terrified of it. The idea that life can end suddenly can be terrifying if you do not have a strong connection to spirit—or, er, if you are denying it.
Thankfully, the universe does not operate that way. Things change. Change is simply another term for death. The body changes from being in configuration to something else and stops functioning as it once did. It turns into food for the plants, which in turn turn into food for people and animals, and so on. In the meantime, the consciousness goes off and does its own thing, which is both unique and a part of the universal collective. We can either make something new or put away the dough creation after smashing it and rolling it into a ball. However, the play-dough and our creative consciousness are still there. due to play-dough. Everything in life operates in this manner. When something "dies," it transforms into something else. We are appreciating a moment when we stop to observe a thing's specific form. This moment is being admired. "This play-dough creation is incredible!"
