Our Psychics Are Available Now
Our mission is to bring you happiness
Resilience can appear unattainable at times. You may feel like you cannot get up and keep going when life is weighing you down. This post offers a unique chance to learn even MORE techniques and strategies I employ all year long, as well as honest discussions regarding times of overload and how to handle them with poise and ease.
I am going to be honest for a moment. There is only so much cat juggling a human can do before getting completely shredded, so I have been fighting with my cat for the past three days to give her medication at least twice a day (preferably four times). As I write this, a massive fire known as the Thomas Fire is blazing rapidly toward me to the south of us. The bad air quality (it is like a level 11 over here!) has forced my son's school to close for the week.
Although I have a doctor's appointment this Saturday, which appears to still be possible, I must admit that I am not entirely sure I am comfortable facing Mordor. "There will be days like these," Mama remarked. Maybe not like this, though. Every time I turn on social media or happen to see the news, which I have been watching a little bit because of the fire, the present political and social situation is playing in the background.
Thus, things are not going well. They are by no means what I would describe as ideal. The problem is that life goes on. Life goes on, and things happen. I would stop if I let this crap devour me. As my spouse puts it, "I will never quit!"
How do you keep going?
It is helpful to have plans and techniques to fall back on for increased resilience on days like these. Here are a few of mine: Bring forth the list of tasks. So that you may cross items off as you go, keep it open beside you.
You should take a break when necessary, and sometimes everything IS too much to handle. Taking one is OK.
If it is safe to do so, go outside. It is always nice to breathe in fresh air. After that, you are free to resume your tasks. Reward yourself by doing something enjoyable or soothing that makes you feel great after completing your responsibilities! since you are deserving!
Find someone to assist you in handling things or an accountability partner. When things become difficult, you can rely on each other to keep going. Find something that will divert your attention from everything else going on. You will feel better and be able to take care of whatever needs to be done once you are sufficiently distracted.
Grounded and centered: To assist you in staying in a good place, you might need to occasionally cut cords, connect to the Earth, and get centered in yourself if you are more sensitive or intuitive than I am. Do as much of this as you need to!
When it’s just too much
It is acceptable to feel fatigued. If it is simply too much, that is ok. Treat yourself with kindness. Take it simple and take care of your personal needs. These kinds of situations do not go away overnight, so you have to be mindful of yourself and take the necessary actions to get through them.
Have faith in your own ability to persevere. When things get very difficult, take a moment to relax and remind yourself that you have experienced similar situations before. The truth is that you will experience them again. And most importantly...This will also pass. In any case, it is all transient.
When you want a little more help staying on track…
You may ground yourself and maintain your concentration on taking care of yourself by doing one thing consistently. In spite of many challenging circumstances, it has brought some normalcy and inspired me to keep moving forward in any way I can and desire.
My bullet notebook is that. I have tracked several routines to maintain a certain level of development and self-care, and I have utilized this practice to help me alter many aspects of my life. People have asked me how I manage it because it has been so effective.
