Add magnesium oil self-care routine
It is critical to demonstrate to yourself that you are deserving of excellent things. Your sense of self-worth will grow the more you can demonstrate to yourself that you deserve nice things. If there was one thing you could do to improve your general health, attitude, and heart, you would do it, would 'not you? I mean, I would. Nowadays, the majority of the things I support are difficult. They require dedication, self-control, and work. I can not even count the number of times I have heard someone say, "Oh no!" when I use the term "meditation." I simply cannot!
Okay. Could you spray your skin a few times a day, even if you are not ready to engage in one of those amazing life-altering practices? It is critical to demonstrate to yourself that you are deserving of excellent things. Your sense of self-worth will grow the more you can demonstrate to yourself that you deserve nice things. A Quality of Life Issue
I have been dealing with some physical, manifestation-in-my-vessel concerns for a while. I sought solutions that mirrored my morals and ideas because I tend to use more natural, holistic products (as I discuss in my body care guide here).
I was not sure where to begin because of the various problems I was having. I could have taken a lot of different supplements, but that seemed like too much. I could have seen a doctor if things went really bad, but to be honest, getting drugs that might have caused more harm than help felt like a lot of work.
Rather, I made the decision to begin by making changes from the inside out.I adjusted my diet as a result. I increased my intake of fruits, vegetables, and whole meals. Chia seeds were added to my breakfasts, and turmeric tea was served with my snacks. These things definitely did help (I adore them, and they are here to stay!).However, it was insufficient to bring about meaningful or quick improvements.
Thus, I kept experiencing occasional moderate discomfort. Simultaneously, I received the unexpected intuition that I ought to try magnesium oil. I had not gotten a bottle, but it was in the back of my mind. In the beginning, I only intended to use it as a replacement for deodorant. I therefore waited till my previous deodorant stick ran out before getting a new one. At the neighborhood health food store, I had examined a variety of magnesium oils, but I never made a purchase. In a bottle, the magnesium oil was a boost!
I eventually reached a point where the situation was intolerable. After having a flare-up, I was unable to tolerate the situation any longer. I needed something IMMEDIATELY, so I went to the market and bought a bottle of magnesium oil, which I started using that evening.
The Magnesium Oil Claims
Now, there are a LOT of articles, blogs, and books touting the effects of magnesium oil. There’s a ton of science to back up the claims around the use, particularly of transdermal magnesium. You could read a thousand testimonials about it healing, curing, or easing issues as diverse as anxiety, pain, acne, sleep, diabetes, cholesterol, and… pretty much insert anything here.
So it sounds like it’s crock. Like maybe this is too good to be true. The thing is, our bodies use magnesium for a LOT of stuff. Because our bodies are a system, if you’re lacking in something, it can become a systemic problem. Unfortunately, magnesium has decreased in our food sources, which means a lot of us living in industrialized countries are getting less magnesium than we should.
If we’re getting less than we should, and our bodies use it OFTEN, then it’s probably causing some system-wide problems. So if that’s true, it’s possible these “miracle” claims are true. I can’t speak to all the claims made about magnesium. What I can speak to is my particular experience with it.
Nowadays, a ton of publications, blogs, and articles promote the benefits of magnesium oil. The claims regarding the utilization, especially of transdermal magnesium, are supported by a wealth of scientific evidence. Numerous testimonials exist regarding its ability to alleviate a wide range of problems, including anxiety, pain, acne, sleep, diabetes, cholesterol, and more. Basically, you can put anything here. It sounds like a crock, then. As if it were too good to be true. The problem is that magnesium is used by our bodies for several purposes. Since our bodies function as a system, deficiencies may develop into systemic issues. Sadly, the amount of magnesium in our diet has declined, so many of us in developed nations are not getting as much of it as we should.
Our systems use it frequently, so if we are not getting enough, it is likely causing some systemic issues. It is feasible that these "miracle" claims are accurate if that is the case. I am unable to comment on every assertion made regarding magnesium. I can only talk about my own experience with it.
Magnesium oil was my miracle in a bottle
On a Saturday, I received a bottle of this stuff. At that moment, I was being driven insane by a severe autoimmune reaction. After applying a small amount of the solution, I felt better in a matter of minutes. It seemed as though my skin was normal and there had never been any trigger. I applied some to different parts of my skin two to three times a day, every day, convinced that I was onto something. My skin was recovering. Joints were more flexible and cozy. Muscles moved with ease! Without the use of moisturizers, which I had required for decades, my skin felt smooth.I chose to use it on my face instead of the vitamin C serum I was using after seeing these kinds of effects. My skin felt AMAZING after putting it on my face for a few days!

All of that was enough to keep me using magnesium, but there’s one thing that really sold me. As of writing this, for the last 5 nights I slept FULL NIGHTS. FIVE SOLID NIGHTS SLEEP IN A ROW.
One of those nights I even woke up because my husband was playing on his phone – and amazingly, went RIGHT BACK TO SLEEP. That has never happened before. This morning, I actually woke up smiling, happy, and feeling like a million bucks. Now, I’m a pretty happy person. I smile and laugh often – but rarely have I had a Disney level wake-up. Before, I’d wake up and it took me a while to get myself out of bed. I’d roll around and feel drowsy until my son came in to give me a hug (which honestly is one of the biggest mood-boosters ever!).
But this happiness upon waking was WAY before my morning bear hug. This was magical. I felt completely ready to take on the day. I knew instantly it was the mag oil.
In addition to those awesome effects, I’ve been more patient, more easy-going, and just, well, happier. Now, with my other regular mindset practices, I’m a pretty easy-going person. My mood changed dramatically from meditating and mindfulness in a BIG way… but… this was something more. This was an added level that was unexpectedly awesome. I continued to use magnesium because of all of that, but one thing in particular convinced me. I have slept through the entire night for the past five nights as of this writing. A FIVE-NIGHT RUNNER OF SLEEP.
My spouse was playing on his phone one night, so I even got up, but astonishingly, I immediately fell back asleep. It has never occurred before. I genuinely woke up this morning feeling like a million bucks, cheerful, and smiling.
I am a rather content person now. I frequently laugh and smile, but I have hardly ever woken up like Disney. It used to take me a long time to get out of bed after I woke up. Before my son came in to give me an embrace—which is, by far, one of the best mood enhancers ever—I would roll around feeling sleepy.
A No-brainer Self-care Addition?
Now, nothing, in my opinion, can guarantee that this will solve all of your problems. You still need to take care of the other things, which include establishing healthy eating habits, developing loving routines and practices, and creating a happy sleep environment. Supplements are not always the answer. Of course, before using any form of supplement, see your doctor.
BUT…This is definitely worth including in your self-care regimen, especially in light of all the awesomeness that could occur. I believe it is crucial to take this specific practice into account because it may be beneficial in the following areas:
Pain, sleep, mood, and body care All of these things have the potential to affect your self-esteem. You will question your value if you are not getting enough sleep, you are irritable, or your body is not in the best of form. You can have trouble loving both yourself and other people. You might get enough of a boost from magnesium oil to make a difference. I really recommend it because of these factors as well as its immediate results.
