Aadhar card is ***NOT*** accepted as proof of address

My Voter ID card has mistakes. How to correct it ?

1. Download form 8 (NOT 8A) - PSN Prefilled form
2. Fill up with full details. Do not miss to provide your voter ID card number.
3. Stick a photo to the application , and staple a photo to the top of the application.
4. Attach Required documents.
5. If the correction is of address. i.e. it is a spelling mistake / wrong house number. Then attach an address proof as detailed at this page
6. If the correction is of date of birth / name spelling, then attach a proof of age as detailed at this page.
7. Submit it to Tower 8 - basement - JLL office.
