Airport's tree reports

The first two documents below were only revealed as a result of court proceedings. They show that the original recommendations (for removal of deadwood and limbs over path and property) were changed to felling of 2/3 trees in the subsequent report and to 3/3 fellings in the one after that (both of which were submitted with the application). No evidence for anything to do with the condition of the trees having changed between the 1st and subsequent reports appears to exist.

Who persuaded the tree surgeon to change their recommendations, how and why?

1st version. The recommendations for T119, T120 and T124 do not mention felling. Note that the limb failure on T119 is referred to so had already happened.
