Welcome to Promptly (“App”). These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”, “T&C”) govern your use of the Promptly app operated by [Promptly] (“we”, “us”, “our”).
By accessing or using the App, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please stop using the App.
Promptly is an AI-based prompt generator where users can:
Use free prompts
Purchase premium prompts
Upload their photos to generate AI images
Recharge and earn coins to unlock app features
These Terms apply to all users of the App.
You may need to create an account to use certain features.
All information provided must be accurate and up-to-date.
You are responsible for maintaining your login security.
We may suspend or terminate accounts for violation of these Terms.
Promptly uses a virtual currency called “Coins”.
Coins can be purchased or obtained through promotions, offers, or rewards.
Coins cannot be exchanged for real money, transferred to other users, or used outside the App.
Once Coins are purchased and credited, they are generally non-refundable.
We may modify or discontinue the coin system at any time.
Premium prompts, AI image features, or other paid features require Coins or direct payment.
Payments are processed securely via third-party platforms (Google Play, Apple, payment gateways).
You are responsible for any taxes or additional fees.
By purchasing, you authorize us and payment processors to complete the transaction.
Refunds may be considered only when:
Coins or premium items were not delivered properly
Accidental duplicate charges occurred
There was a technical error on our side
No refund will be provided for:
Coins already used
Change of mind
Issues caused by user error

You may upload photos or content to generate AI images.
You must own the rights to all photos/content you upload.
You must not upload:
Sexual content
Violent or harmful content
Illegal or copyrighted material without permission
Content of minors
Defamatory or abusive content
We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these Terms.
By using the App, you give us permission to:
Process your photos to generate images
Store your images temporarily for processing
Improve the app’s AI model using anonymized data (optional if you enable it)
We don’t claim ownership of your photos.
All prompts, templates, UI designs, images, texts, and features inside Promptly belong to us.
You receive a limited, non-exclusive license to use the App for personal use only.
You must not copy, resell, reverse-engineer, or redistribute any part of the App.
You agree not to:
Misuse the App, including hacking or tampering
Use AI results for illegal or harmful purposes
Upload viruses or malicious files
Use the App for harassment, fraud, impersonation, or misleading purposes
If violated, we may suspend or permanently ban your account.
The App is provided “as is” and “as available.”
We do not guarantee any specific results or outcomes.
We are not responsible for:
Loss of data
Financial loss
Delays or interruptions
Issues caused by third-party services
To the fullest extent permitted by Indian law, our liability is limited.
Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your data.
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately if:
You violate these Terms
You misuse the App
Legal or safety concerns arise
You may stop using the App at any time, but no refunds will be provided for unused Coins.
We may update these Terms at any time.
We will notify users through the App or email when major changes occur.
Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
Any disputes will be handled under the jurisdiction of Indian courts, based on your operating region/company location.
