If you wish to permanently delete your Promptly account along with all associated personal data, uploaded photos, AI-generated images, prompts, coins history, and purchase records, you may submit a request using the form below or by contacting us directly.
We respect your privacy and give you full control over your data.
When you request account deletion, the following will be permanently removed:
Your Promptly account
Personal information (name, email, phone, etc.)
Uploaded photos or images
AI-generated images
Saved prompts, custom templates
Coins balance (remaining coins will be lost)
Transaction history (except where legally required)
App activity and usage logs
Note: Some payment-related data may be retained ONLY as required by tax, billing, and legal compliance (Indian IT Act & GST laws).
We may continue to store:
Legally required financial transaction records
Fraud prevention records
Anonymized data that cannot identify you
These cannot be linked back to your identity.

Please include:
Your registered email ID
Reason for deletion (optional)
Confirmation: “I request to permanently delete my Promptly account and all associated data.”
Your request will be processed within 7–14 business days.
You may receive verification emails to confirm your identity.
Once deleted, your account cannot be restored.
You must submit the request using the email registered with your Promptly account.
Any remaining Coins will be permanently lost and are not refundable.
After deletion, you will need to create a new account to use Promptly again.
