Thank you for using Promptly, an AI Prompts Generator app that allows users to access free and premium prompts, purchase coins, and generate AI images from uploaded photos.
This Refund Policy explains how refunds are handled for purchases made within our app.
By using Promptly or making any purchase, you agree to the terms outlined below.
All purchases made on the Promptly app are final, non-refundable, and non-transferable.
This includes, but is not limited to:
Coin purchases (in-app recharge)
Premium prompt purchases
Image generation credits (if applicable)
Subscription plans (if applicable)
Once a user purchases coins or unlocks premium content, Promptly cannot issue refunds because digital goods cannot be returned, and access is granted instantly.
Coins purchased through the app cannot be refunded under any circumstances once the transaction is successful.
If a user is charged twice for the same purchase, Promptly will investigate the transaction.
After verification, we may issue:
A refund, or
An equivalent coin credit inside the app
The decision will depend on payment gateway confirmation.

Once a premium prompt is unlocked, the content becomes instantly accessible and downloadable.
Therefore, refunds cannot be issued for premium prompt purchases.
If you believe you made a purchase by mistake, you must contact us within 24 hours of the transaction.
However, approval is not guaranteed and solely depends on:
Content not being accessed
Coin balance not being used
Payment gateway verification
If your image generation fails due to technical issues, you may receive:
A re-generation credit, or
Coin compensation
Refund to original payment method will not be provided.
AI-generated results may vary depending on:
Photo quality
Selected style
Model processing
Refunds are not provided based on dissatisfaction or subjective expectations.
If your purchase is successful but coins or premium content are not credited to your account:
Do not initiate multiple payments
Email us at help@promptly.ai with:
Transaction ID
Screenshot
Registered mobile/email on the app
After verification, we will manually credit coins or unlock content.
Refunds will only be issued when:
Payment was received by us
But the system failed to deliver the product
And delivery cannot be completed manually
Promptly reserves the right to determine the appropriate resolution.
If your purchase was made through:
Google Play Store, or
Apple App Store, or
Any third-party platform
Refund requests must be processed as per their individual refund rules.
Promptly cannot override Google/Apple refund decisions.

If you believe there is an unauthorized or fraudulent transaction:
Contact your bank or payment provider immediately
Report the issue to help@promptly.ai
Provide a written statement confirming the unauthorized charge
After investigation, we may:
Block the account
Disable fraudulent activity
Report the incident to the payment gateway
Refund decisions will depend on verified evidence.
If Promptly introduces subscription plans in the future:
Renewals are automatic unless canceled
Cancellation stops future charges
Already-charged amounts are not refundable
Users must cancel at least 24 hours before renewal
If Promptly is unable to deliver the purchased digital product due to:
System errors
Network failure
Server downtime
We will either:
Deliver the product again, OR
Offer in-app compensation (coins/credits)
Refunds will not be issued unless we are permanently unable to deliver the purchased item.
