In fact this is our main theme for the vtuber agency, "Growth".
We wish to grow our talents, providing a chance to those who have the will but unable to realize the dream due to limitations. If we see potential in you, we are willing to invest and support your growth.

We don't have a monthly target performance or KPI.
Streaming is very unstable unless you are a veteran streamer with established fanbase. If we set a performance target for a project starting out, that is overreaching and will give talents unnecessary stress.
If you are really struggling and lost on what to improve, management is the one responsible to help you to improve, and not giving more stress by setting a fixed performance target.

Talents have control of their own schedule, if there are any special streams or events or activities that have fixed time, it will definitely be discussed beforehand. If you have legitimate reasons for your break, we will definitely approve it.

We respect your preference and interest, no point forcing people to stream certain content they don't find it fun. It is not fun watching someone doing stuff they don't like as a viewer either.

There aren't much choice for agencies if you do plan to become a Vtuber here in Malaysia. The Vtuber market here aren't as big as other countries. If you do plan to be a Vtuber, most of the case you will have to solo debut as an independent.
I like the aspect of group dynamics in agencies and that some content is mostly possible with the support of an agency.

We aim to provide entertainment and not causing more issue, so we will be focusing on providing entertainment. We will not tolerate those who cause issue with bad intentions, both internal and external.

Depends on how you wish to join. Either transferring in or join with a new identity under us. Transferring in may involve some extra terms and conditions.

As stated in our website, we will provide the basic setup such as PC, face tracking device and mic. Other peripheral requested will be provided case by case. As an effort to provide a chance for those who lack the resource to start vtubing.

As stated in our website, we will provide a new model and you can make request based on your preference. We believe that if you love your own character, it helps with streaming motivation.

Growth with a team, chance to experience various things via content creation, chance to involve and meet various people, opportunity to specialize your creative/entertianment skills, investment to grow your skills, a starting point with support and management.

Yes we will, the usual agency model, where we provide support in exchange for a cut of revenue.
But since the project does not plan to stop with vtuber group, in the future if the project is able to have other stable source of income, we will adjust the rates to benefit talents more.

The current concern on the project side is that we may have difficulties in provide support for overseas. You may have lesser chance to participate in some smaller activites and lack access to shared equipment that we may implement at the studio/office.
If the project have the resource, East Malaysia will be our top priority to expand towards, making it more accessible for East Malaysians, where we can provide better support if anyone from there joins us.

Anything that is planned or led by the project will be fully funded by the project. If it is planned by talents, you could make a request for funding, where we will approve case by case.

Generally you are free to use any language you find comfortable, but since the group may involve various type of people, being able to communicate in EN woud be preferred. You can learn as you go, if you do wish to improve and open up to more opportunities.

Most vtubers work at home, unless there are special arrangements which will be discussed beforehand.

One of the benefits of being vtuber is that you can stream without prejudice. So the project's stance on this is neutral, we don't really care as gender doesn't matter in the vtubing space.
The project is focused on providing entertainment. As long as no opinions are forced upon others, we welcome anyone to join us.

*This is not a content done right off the bat, it will only be done when there is certain amount of fanbase.
We are fully aware of privacy risks that may arise from real life vlogs. However we have our reasons on why we want to try it. You can lookup vtuber vlogs on YouTube and you will find that it is not that rare, where big agencies with strict policy on privacy will do it too.
The vlogs will not show face, either body cam, hand cam or voice over only. It will be uploaded as an post production video on later date instead of live stream. The type of vlogs that we plan to include are travel, food, culture and experience.
For all planned content by the project, we will cover most of the expense, so talents can just treat this as a free vacation. For those who don't prefer to do vlogs or don't like to travel, this is not a forced content, so feel free to voice your opinion and we will adjust accordingly.

We don't really put a strict restrictions but we do hope streams under the project only involve those who does active streaming like vtubers, streamers or any content creator. If you do wish to play with your friends on stream using your persona, it is preferred that you could do it privately or that you inform us in advance.
Depending on the planned content and how it is planned/presented, there might be cases where we would approve it.
