We are looking for those who wish to grow, not just limited to streaming. If you are someone who have interest or skills that you wish to grow as a vtuber, we are willing to invest and help to grow it.
"Someone who likes to sing, and wish to grow as a singer."
"Someone who creates art, and wish to grow as an artist."
"Someone who likes to organize entertaining activities and events, but lack the resource and support to do it."
Vtubers can be involved in various fields not just streaming, we wish to produce someone like that. For example, those who wish to pursue singing, we could sponsor lessons, arrange growth plan and content accordingly, release cover MVs, original songs, albums, arrange 3D concert.
Outside of your specialization, you will have a chance to experience and involve with other activities arranged by group members and management, contributing to your overall growth.
This is a group where different people gather and learn the ropes as a team, aiming for the top like climbing a mountain. You can climb up solo, but imagine doing it with a team of people with same goals. One of the main benefits of joining an agency is that you have backup and support.

I am just a random Malaysian otaku, just like most of the people, I wouldn’t say I am experience nor that I claim that I can guarantee your success, we will start from zero with many trial and errors, if you expect agency levels of support with guaranteed success from the get go, I am afraid I am not up for the job. Please find another person, project or a proper agency.
However, I do have a rough plan for a possible sustainable business, knowledge with Vtubers from big to small, experience handling a clipping and translation channel for Vtuber, providing basic logos and art asset for small independent vtuber, and a passion for the job.
I don't have any notable achievements but I was the one behind "Belmond fan subs(unofficial)", a clipping channel mainly focusing on Belmond Banderas from Nijisanji. The channel was rebranded to Kurogitsune Translations later and went in hiatus due to busy work life.
I also had experience in making some free logos and art asset for small independant Vtubers to support them and also practice my designing skills. It is not the best thing ever, but at least it is an alternative free option to help reduce cost before the project starts to generate income.

We don't have preset characters, each characters and much more details will be decided later with our first generation talents, making sure characters are not forced upon and they themself actually can resonate with the character and group.
Agency theme
The agency theme is "focus on growth and growing with a team". We will be commited to help and grow our talents, ensuring each of our talents are able to become successful and self sustained.
No Gender Limitations
This vtuber agency is aimed to be a mix of male and female talent as we do wish to grow the popularity of male vtubers.
Content Choice
Contents are based on each talent's preference, you can choose your focus.
However, outside of your usual streaming there will be project planned contents like vlogs, collabs, talk shows, quiz, game shows, festive and seasonal parties. Of course, the project will help with the idea, planning and preparation to lessen burden of our talents.

The details will be discussed in details before any official agreement been made. We fully understand how talents are important for the project and we will make sure to have a fair deal that both parties are able to agree on.
As mentioned in the project's vision, if the Vtuber project is a success and we are able to expand the project, we hope to develop new revenue sources and reduce the reliance on talents, so that we could make further adjustments to the revenue sharing rates to benefit the talents more.

For those who wish to transfer in with existing identity while keeping full ownership, wo do have options for that but there are requirements which will be further discussed during interview.

The project currently expects like 1-2 hours per stream and 2-3 times per week, excluding possible meetings, stream preparations and offline recording for content. This is just a basic guideline and not strictly enforced, some streams may end earlier or later depending on content, if you wish to stream more, it is your freedom as we operate on profit sharing. You will earn more if you stream more, your hard work will directly reflect on the revenue.
If you have any emergencies or reasons that require to take breaks, we will approve accordingly as long as there is a legitimate reason.

Very few are able to sustain their livelihood solely relying on being a Vtuber, it is a long term commitment and very risky but the project will not be abandoned easily just because of the lows. This vtuber agency is just the first phase of the project, but it is also the most crucial step, I am fully committed to make this successful. At the point which you are being selected, the project do what ever possible to support and grow together.
The project will move towards the new phase to further adding value to the project, ONLY AFTER ensuring everything is going smoothly.

The character will be tailored made to suit the soul, which we will decide before debut. For those who have a clear idea or preference you are welcome to voice your opinion. For those who don't have a clear direction, we will decide it together.

Experimental content
We are open to various kinds of contents, and we are willing to explore new contents. No matter you like to sing, draw, building gunpla, host events, organize activities, gaming and etc. We would help to research and find ideas to utilize your interest and strength, turning it into potential content.
