We will be focused on making our first generation talent to grow and succeed, so there is living proof that Malaysia have potential in the creative and entertainment sector.
We will guide, manage and support our talents to grow, invest if they wish to specialize in certain fields such as singing by planning a growth plan and goals based on their desired path.
1) Language barrier
The current local scene is fragmented by language despite multilingual is supposed to be one of Malaysia’s best selling point. Actually this applies to the global stage too as most people find it hard to enjoy JP content as there aren’t many source for English subtitles to understand the context.
However, we don’t require you to be master at each language to join us, the benefits of joining an agency is there is a backup and support from group members and management. This could also be a chance to learn a new language, learn as you go.
2) Content variety
We hope to bring more variety of contents, if you do follow Vtubers from other countries, outside of the usual gaming. singing and chat, there are different kinds of content.
We aim to offer more variety of content to help keep things fresh and interesting. Such as hosting competitions, mix in fun variety content, vlogs to introduce local tourism to the world and many more.
This could be done by anyone, however since there aren’t many agencies here in Malaysia. Everyone is limited by scale, resource and time. People may have the idea but unable to realise it due to personal limitations.
This is one of the main reason why I decided to make it an agency instead of community or group. Agency have the resource, funding and manpower to achieve what is difficult for independent Vtubers. We can provide a team to help with idea, planning and organizing activities and events. We do wish to also invite other existing vtubers and streamers to work together and further develop the entertainment scene here in Malaysia.
3) Lacking in opportunities and a supportive environment
The Vtuber market is small here in Malaysia. Entertainment and creative industry here aren’t as appreciated as in other countries, where most of our local entertainer and artist will turn towards overseas for better opportunities.
Most families will encourage their kids to become an engineer, IT developer, doctor, lawyer, accountant or government worker. Entertainment is usually seen as a side activity or hobby, and not a career or profession worth pursuing. In reality, entertainment and art school are not cheap yet the opportunities after graduating is not the best.
We wish to improve that, thus we are providing this chance to grow local Vtubers. If you have a passion for your creative hobby, we will invest and help to grow it,
Hoping the success of the vtuber project will help to add more value and positively impact the creative and entertainment sector in this country.
