1) Pursed Lip Breathing
- relax and get comfortable
- keep your mouth closed, breathe in, and count to 2
- purse your lips as if you were about to whistle
- exhale slowly through your lips as you count to 4
2) Coherent Breathing
- Inhale and count to 5
- Exhale and count to 5
- Do this for a few minutes
3) Box Breathing
- Exhale while you count to 4
- Hold your breath and count to 4
- Inhale while you count to 4
- Hold your breath and count to 4
- Repeat for as long as you wish
