Like the production schedule, the shooting schedule evolves throughout any given production. It is there to indicate what scenes are been shot and when, offering an overview of how the shoot is going to go for the crew.
There are different ways to complete this task, some people will use a table to indicate their shooting intentions while others will opt for a more industry practiced method called stripboarding.
Please check over your own project and what is required from you. Templates for both available to download below.

Many production companies use something stripboards to plan out their shooting schedules. Using colour to indicate particular scenes, locations or times of day helps the stripboard become more visual and easy to digest.
The stripboard can get a little confusing to fill in, so here are some simple steps to help:
#1 You are going to enter your Cast & Location within the table found under tab Cast & Location input
#2 You are going to head on over to the Blank Stipboard panels - Fill in & Copy tab. Here you can use blank strip boards with drop down menus to create your shooting schedule. Once you have completed a stripboard highlight it and hit copy!
#3 Once you have copied a stripboard it is as simple as heading over to the Paste Stripboard selections tab and pasting it in place. Top Tip - it helps to go in order!
