The production schedule is a document that evolves throughout any given production. It is there to serve as a guide throughout the production process to show what is happening at any given time.
Many production companies use something called a Gantt Chart, this helps everyone to see when tasks/processes need to be done and by who in a visual way. The information is easier to absorb and to create.
The way it works is that you have your tasks listed down the left hand side of the page, weeks/days at the top. You simply put a coloured box in place where you plan to do the task listed on left where it intersects with the week/day from the top.
A copy of a production schedule can be found here
You must make a copy of the document to your own drive.
