Equipment List & Budget

The budget for any production is essential, this helps to keep track of what is spent and on what. As with the production schedule the budget can change during a production, new costs can come up and need to be factored in when working with a budget.

Budgets can become very complicated within major productions, but it is important to get used to them early on within your education. 

Before you can work out your budget it is important to consider the equipment you may need, therefore the dispensary has provided the Middlesbrough College Equipment Price List for you to use. This list will help you work out what equipment you will want to rent from the dispensary along with how much it would cost you (Don't worry, they won't actually charge you to use equipment)

Producing any kind of budget is great practice for not only filmmaking, but adult life. Within this template simply choose the equipment you want, place it into your budget tracker and it will work out what your equipment costs would be.
