"Bueno, los tratamos con cortesía y les hablamos como hablamos con todos los demás. Y (necesitamos) decir las mismas cosas que les decimos a todos los demás todos los días. No ha habido ninguna mejora desde que los negros comenzaron a pelearse entre ellos sobre cómo reaccionar al sistema de supremacía blanca. No toca el sistema de supremacía blanca, nada el lo absoluto. Entonces, lo que hacemos es esto, simplemente hable con ellos (en) la forma (como lo haría) si no lo conociera en absoluto. Si nunca escuchaste sobre ellos. Es lo mismo . Es muy muy muy simple. Eso es lo que digo que es la belleza, si quieres llamarlo así, de codificar todo nuestro comportamiento. Entonces, nuestros comportamientos son siempre consistentes. Siempre se puede predecir y de forma constructiva que es lo que no tenemos.

Sabes que estamos por todos lados, (es decir, reaccionamos) basándonos en los incidentes. Quiero decir, ya sabes, tenemos que soñar algo ... un escenario completamente nuevo ... nuevo para cada incidente. Deberíamos tener un código que cubra cada incidente. Y para que - lo que vamos a hacer y cómo vamos a reaccionar ante una situación - sea siempre coherente y constructivo. Sabes que todo está en una de dos categorías: constructivo / no constructivo, no hay nada intermedio. Entonces, después de una estrategia de lluvia de ideas brainstorming, lo sabes y dices: bueno, ¿qué harías con los negros que muchos negros dicen que se venden y todo eso? Y por eso se vuelve controvertido cada vez que surge un nuevo nombre. Y todo eso (pero) eso no debería ser, eso debería haberse eliminado hace mucho tiempo. Entonces, lo que haces es lo mismo que siempre haces. Y todos están siempre en sintonía cuando lo hacen. Es parte de lo que llamamos la nueva cultura negra. Que es lo que necesitamos. Y está codificado. O codigo-ificado si quieres usar esa palabra.

Codificado, ¿en significado de qué? siempre haces lo mejor que se puede hacer en cada circunstancia. Eso es algo que deberíamos esforzarnos por producir. Eso no existe ahora. Pero estoy tratando de ayudar a producirlo. Pero se necesita que todos estén en la misma pagina para crear un código, un código contrarracista, que cuando todos hacen lo mismo o dicen que es lo mismo sobre cualquier tema, surge todo el tiempo y no se desvían ni una pulgada de eso. A menos que surja algo o un nuevo escenario, lo que significa que no es el mismo escenario, lo que significa que necesitaría tener otro código para el nuevo escenario. Y entonces, en esta situación - en respuesta directamente a esta pregunta - en los casos de las personas que acaba de nombrar, y cualquier otra persona que se le ocurra, habrá otros nombres que surgirán de vez en cuando. Si eres víctima del racismo, eres y estas en una situación independiente en lo que respecta a tu intención contrarracista - y cómo lo haces. Y si falla, entonces ya sabes, eso es ... eso es precisamente - estás fallando. Eres un individuo. Nadie te dice qué no hacer y qué hacer. La gente hace sugerencias, pero tú decides (en el final a tu juicio). Muy bien, todos los compañeros de prisión, porque así lo veo yo: todos somos compañeros de prisión en el mismo sistema penitenciario. Así que no les digo a otros prisioneros lo que deben hacer. Por una razón muy lógica, no estoy en condiciones de dictarle a nadie. Porque soy un preso, todos los presos son iguales. Prisioneros de guerra (es lo que somos) les digo. No hay ni una persona negra en el planeta tierra que no está sujeta al sistema de supremacía blanca. O directamente, o indirectamente. Eso incluye a los llamados presidentes de países, gobernadores de estados, alcaldes. Todos están sujetos al sistema de supremacía blanca. Y todos son ... sí, todos son prisioneros de guerra. Vea aqui, que solo porque tiene un título elegante y estás dentro de una prisión, no quiere decir que no seas un prisionero."

"Well, we just treat them with courtesy and talk to them like we talk to everybody else. And (we need to) say the same things we say to everybody else every day. Say good morning or whatever it is and if they are around, I mean treat them (all the same),... We give them all equal treatment. Because the concept is; or what I've written about - the compensatory concept, that to do anything else, is just to make a problem - that is already pretty terrible - worse. It (has been) no improvement when black people started squabbling among themselves about how to react to the system of white supremacy. It doesn't touch (to change) the system of white supremacy at all. So what we do is this, simply just talk to them (in) the way (you would as if) that if you didn't know him at all. If you never even heard about them. It's the same thing . It's very very very simple. That's what I say is the beauty, if you want to call it that, of codifying all of our behaviour. So our behaviours are always consistent. It can always be predicted and in a constructive mode which is what we don't have.

You know we're just kind of all over the place, (that is we react) based on incidents. I mean, you know, we have to dream up something... a whole new... new scenario for every incident. We should have a code that covers every incident. And so that what we're going to do and how we are going to react in a situation is always consistent and always constructive. You know everything is either in one of two categories: constructive/ non-constructive, no such thing as in-between. So you know after brainstorming it and say: well what do you do it would black people who a lot of black people say are sell-outs and all like that. And so it becomes controversial every time a new name comes up. And whatnot (but) that shouldn't be, that should have been gotten rid of a long time ago. So what you do, is same thing you always do. And everybody is always on the same page when they do it. It's a part of what we call the new black culture. Which is what we do need. And it's codified. Or codified if you want to use that word.

Codified, in meaning of what? you always do the best possible thing that can be done in every circumstance. That's something we should be striving to produce. That doesn't exist now. But I'm in the process of trying to help produce it. But it takes everybody on board to come up with a code, a counter racist code - that where everybody does the same thing or says is the same thing about whatever subject, comes up all of the time and not deviate not one inch from that. Unless something or new scenario comes up which means it's not the same scenario which means you have another code for that the new scenario. And so the scenario in answer directly to this question - in the cases of the people that you just named - and any other people that come down the pipe - there'll be other names that will come up from time to time. And you just say, you just say; actually your actual words are: well if you want to know what this lady - says check with her. And because all i have to say about it is "she said what she said." They say well: somebody might say well what about what she did. And then the codified response, and this is in my textbook, "Is she did what she did."

You know, you have to check with her about what she said. Check with her about what she did. That's why I called it the united independent code system concept. If you're a victim of racism, you are independent as far as your counter racist intent is concerned. And how you go about doing it. And if it fails, well then you know, that's... that's you failing. You are an individual. Nobody's telling you what not to do and what to do. People make suggestions but you make up your own mind. All right, every fellow prisoner because that's the way i look at it - we are all fellow prisoners in the same prison system. So i don't dictate to other the prisoners about what they should do. For a very logical reason I'm not in a position, to dictate to anybody. Because i'm a prisoner, all prisoners equal. Prisoners of war (is what we are) I say. Because the war between those who believe in white supremacy and those who don't - so far (has been the situation): black people have become worldwide the prisoners of that war. See that's already a done deal. There's not like this in the process of happening. There's not a black person on the planet earth who is not subject to the system of white supremacy. Either directly indirectly. That includes the so called presidents of countries, governors of states, mayors. They all subject to the system of white supremacy. And they are all... yes, they are all prisoners of war. See just because you have a fancy title and inside of a prison - doesn't say that you are not a prisoner. "
