Thomas Fahr Steyer is an American billionaire, hedge fund manager, philanthropist, environmentalist, liberal activist, and fundraiser. He is a candidate in the 2020 Democratic Party Presidential Primaries. He was voted Most Reactive Person of the Month because of his political campaign advertisements that he spams on YouTube and other social platforms. Most of his campaign advertisements target his main opponent, President Donald Trump, rather than telling the people what he plans to do as president of the United States. He also wants to make climate change a national emergency which goes against the goal of proactivity is to destroy the environment. This is not being proactive because he is not thinking win-win.
