Engaging with the topic of grading systems proved to be a journey filled with challenges and enlightening discoveries. While I initially struggled to grasp certain concepts, particularly the nuances of different grading systems, the learning process ultimately expanded my understanding and appreciation. Especially, for the diverse approaches that educators employ to assess student performance. One of the key realizations that emerged from this learning journey was the recognition that grading systems are not one-size-fits-all; instead, they are diverse and multifaceted, each with its strengths and limitations.
