Dr. Ramver is a post-doctoral fellow in the Department of Mechanical Engineering at IIT Bombay. He has obtained his M.Tech and PhD from IIT Roorkee. He has expertise in the Electrochemical based non-conventional micromachining processes.

Dr. Pravin Kumar is a post-doctoral fellow in the Department of Mechanical Engineering at IIT Bombay. He has obtained his PhD from IIT Indore and M.Tech from NIT Agartala. He has expertise in the micro-plasma transferred arc based additive manufacturing process as well as hands-on material characterization utilizing optical microscope, SEM, EDX, and XRD. He has used high-speed camera (FASTCAM Mini UX 100) as well as modelling and simulation softwares like Solidworks and Ansys. His research work includes formulation of analytical models for directed energy deposition, investigation of dimensional and geometrical tolerances, surface roughness and oxidation behavior. His research interest includes metal additive manufacturing, directed energy deposition, wire and arc additive manufacturing and non-conventional machining processes.
