Fi is introverted, rational and static
Fi relates to the whole idea of relationships and inner connection between individuals as well as the moral side of the bond between them. It evaluates the personal relationship between people and what they feel about each other, with the ability to judge actions and see them as moral or immoral. People with high Fi will be able to maintain great and healthy relationships with other people that they value as well as to be able to identify who is morally white and black around them to notice who they should trust and view as good or not. People with lower or unvalued Fi will tend to be less aware of the inner bond that exists between them and other people, causing them to fail to see through the essence of a relationship and be less skillful at character judgements. Fi is countered by Fe, as Fi relates to the real connection and relationship, sincerity and honesty between people while suppressing the aspect of showing external expressions for the sake of maintaining an emotional atmosphere. Fi users seek out for Te users to make themselves become better at judging external facts and information while Te users would love to have a Fi user at their side to become more aware of the nature of people's interactions. Fi users can be spotted by their passion, loyalty, personal liking and even their greater ability to read into the motives of others.
