In the matter of the constitutionality of Special Order No. 01-2023-2024 issued by former Prime Minister Nobi L. Panes
The dispositive portion reads as follows:
"WHEREFORE, premises considered, this Assembly holds that Special Order No. 01-2023-2024 is not repugnant to the 2021 Constitution of the P-POL. On the contrary, it stands as a valid and necessary interim measure, issued in faithful adherence to constitutional principles and in recognition of the Parliament’s inherent authority to preserve the orderly functioning of government."
