1. The Office of the Economic Assembly hereby informs the Parliament that from December 2, 2025 to December 5, 2025, the collection of payments and the signing of clearances shall be facilitated through both class-to-class and over-the-counter procedures. Accordingly, the officers of Economic Assembly will undertake the following: 

a. Class-to-class Collection. The officers will conduct payment collection and clearance signing immediately after the classes handled by Mr. Peter Paul Mabitad (1st to 3rd year levels), and by Atty. Eduardo IV Bedero Perez (4th year level). 

b. Over-the-counter Method. The officers will be available to receive payments and sign clearances at designated areas within the campus. 

2. Payment collection for the Political Science Shirts will conclude on January 30, 2026, 2nd Semester of A.Y. 2025-2026. To accommodate additional students who wish to purchase a Political Science Shirt, the deadline for the collection of payments is hereby extended. All bona fide students of the Bachelor of Arts in Political Science are encouraged to secure their shirts, and payments shall be duly submitted to the officers of the Economic Assembly. 

3. This memorandum reminds all Officers and Members of Parliament to fulfill their financial obligations, particularly the membership/renewal fees and monthly dues. Payments shall be made to the designated officers of the Economic Assembly on or before December 5, 2025. 

To ensure compliance with the Memorandum, all officers and Members of Parliament are encouraged to settle their financial obligations for the First Semester of A.Y. 2025-2026. In addition, please note that this is one of the requirements for the signing of clearance before taking the final examination.
