User role attributes have been placed in your servers in the System > Security > Roles Administration Area. The following role permissions have been defined:
Permissions for Student Analytics Dashboards
UIHN - District Admin and UIHN - School Admin - Access to all Essentials, including all drill-downs into student data for the school.
UIHN - Primary School Admin - Access to all Essentials, including all drill-downs for the Primary school(s), with the below exceptions: 1. Final Marks 2. Assessment data that correlates to the in-scope grade levels.
UIHN - Secondary School Admin - Access to all Essentials, including all drilldowns for the Secondary school(s), with the below exceptions: 1. Curriculum data. 2. Assessment data that correlates to the in-scope grade levels.
UIHN - School Admin (no drill-through)- Access to Essentials, but does not include drilldowns to the student level data.
UIHN - Limited Essentials - Access to all Essentials, with the exception of the i. F&R Data ii. Behavior Data
Custom Role 1 – First customer-configurable role on the SIS to give specific access not met by the other roles listed above. Copy of UIHN - School Admin except Foster Youth, Homeless, and Econ access will be removed.
Custom Role 2 - Gives Access to build student plan templates for the district. Allows users to delete any student plan created, regardless if they created the plan.
