This dynamic map created in ArcGIS Online integrates several data layers (click "Layers" in the upper right corner to toggle): 1) historical H5N8 outbreaks visualized as locations and a heat map (FAO EMPRES-i); 2) HPAI incursion risk from contacts with wild aquatic birds (FAO) 3) HPAI endemicity risk map from Dhingra et al, 2016; 4) Extensive chicken density from Gilbert et al, 2015; 5) market locations - the latter is automatically updated from the Epicollect Demo project.
