In this tasks we were asked to create a project in order to work with project-based learning methodology. In my case, I decided to do a project that I would have loved work with when I was a high-school students: the organization of the end of course trip. The idea of working on this project is to develop different skills they will need, as well as learning English in a different way in order to make it interesting for the students and keep them motivated.
In the canvas, you can look at the different skills they will work on, the tasks they will need to complete, resources or materials they might need to fulfill the activity or what part of the curriculum will be practiced while doing the project.
The next step on this task is to develope the activities that will be carried out in every session . I have organised 4 sessions for this project that will cover a month of class. It includes activities that must be done outside the classroom, but the largest part of them are thought to do them in the classroom so teacher can help them ih they have any doubt. Here I share a google doc with my lesson plan:
Finally, once I have a very visual idea of the project we want to carry out,and I have organised the activity, the last step is to organise myself and the students. I am not very organised and I tend to forget thing, so I will use Trello to help me with the organization so I don't forget anything important, in addition, I can share this board with my students so they are always aware of the activities we are going to do and which material will be needed for every session.
Here you can see my Trello about organising a trip:
