Standard 9D: identifies paths for continuous professional growth and improvement, including the design of a professional growth plan

This section contains two artifacts, the first one is my classroom management paper that I had written for my physical education 381 class and the other one is a paper that I had to fill out about a professional development activity that I had attended. In the paper, I wrote about what class management is and how to manage your classroom adequately. The paperwork that I had to complete, was about an event that I had gone to which was a physical education convention where physical education teachers from around the state had attended and talked about their own experiences as teachers.
