Standard 7L: involves students in self-assessment activities to help them become aware of their strengths and needs and encourages them to establish goals for learning

For this section, I included two artifacts which were a lesson plan that I taught in one of my student teaching placements and the other one is a picture of the students using the heart monitors. For the lesson plan, I was able to assess the students who were successful in completing the activities properly and those who would need assistance. The heart rate monitors are a great tool that has been used to assess the student's activity level such as who is being productive and keeping their heart rate up.
