Standard 8F: understands the importance of participating on collaborative and problem-solving teams to create effective academic and behavioral interventions for all students

In this section I have added two artifacts, one is a lesson plan that I had taught during one of my physical education classes and the other is a brief description of how I have built relationships with my students that have allowed me to learn more about my students. The lesson plan I taught is an activity where the students are in teams and they have to work together to win the game. This allows them to communicate and give each other positive reinforcement to succeed in the activity. Building relationships with my students has allowed me to become more comfortable in front of them and it has helped me to get to know them more. Getting to know your students allows you to teach the class effortlessly and the students will be eager to learn and participate.
