Ralph Burgers

I am Ralph Burgers, I am a young game artist studying at the HKU. My art explores the relationship between weirdness and beauty. I find that this contrast gives a powerful effect. 

So why use games as a medium to explore this? One, because I simply find technology really cool to work with. Secondly, because I want to offer people a world to get fully absorbed in. My ultimate goal is that through my games people will feel things they otherwise wouldn't ever come into contact with. I hope this helps the audience learn about themselves.

I also really like making horror, because I feel like horror has the least restrictions on how weird you can get with it. This excites me. And horror allows the contrast between weird and beautiful to become even greater.
