At the beginning I had troubles navigating through what tasks I am supposed to do, and I usually received one every two weeks during a meeting. This wasn't a workflow I could appreciate hence was glad when we decided to create Jira ticket-based workflow ~1.5 months in the internship. That significantly boosted my workflow and made it clearer about my job.
Another thing I suggested and was something that we made use of is increasing the rate of our meetings. From 1-2 per 2 weeks, we agreed on conducting 2 per week (with Frank and Elinor) solely do discuss technical progress. I've also had weekly checkup from the security site in the face of Vas. Meetings and proper communication are extremely important for the well-being and progress of any team.
