Yearbook Committee & Coordinators

• Compile photos of activities and events for yearbook to be sold in May. Ponderosa works with a printing company, and coordinators will communicate directly with printer for creating the final product.

• Facilitate sale and purchasing of yearbook

• Coordinate efforts of yearbook committee and oversee Yearbook cover and poetry contest.

• Yearbook committee responsibilities include 5th grade parent liaison (baby photos & grad ads), yearbook cover contest, collection and selection of photos representing all students, activities, and events, and communicate progress or needs of the yearbook to PTSA president.

School Wear Coordinator

• Responsible for Fall and Spring school wear sales. This position is great for working parents with some or little flexibility. Communicate with logo wear provider (Spirit Hero) to generate fliers for sales and facilitate online orders.

• September & January/February timeframe.

Family Science Night Coordinator

• Schedule the date, create the flier, solicit and schedule volunteers, figure out what activities to do and manage the event. 

• Planning for FSN should begin by December and the event should be scheduled for around February or March.
