⬅️ This displays an image of the first draft of a schedule for my unit 9 project. It displays the tasks that I aim to complete each week until the deadline, as well as tasks I have already completed. I am aware that this schedule is prone to change, which is why it is only a first draft and I have been flexible with my time-bound aims and ambitions.
Having a schedule for my project is important because it helps me to organise tasks, set clear deadlines, and allocate resources efficiently. It provides a roadmap for progress, ensuring that I know what needs to be done and by when, which helps minimize confusion and delays. A well-structured schedule also allows for better time management, enabling the project to stay on track and meet its goals within the specified timeframe. Additionally, it helps identify potential obstacles early, making it easier to adjust plans and keep the project moving forward smoothly. Ultimately, a schedule increases accountability, reduces stress, and improves the overall success of the project.
Some other planning notes of mine include:
Interview follow-ups - confirm quotes or details I am planning to use if relevant and send thank you note for their time.
Survey reminders - send follow-up reminder for google survey form after a week to maximise responses.
Research Backup - save all notes and survey data in a well organised, easily accessible folder.
