Welcome to Our Group!
PNU Computer And Machine Engaged Laboratory.
CAMEL members are pushing the envelope of what is possible in the domain of robotics. Our goal is to give the physical capability to the system for cooperating in the human environment in a manner that is similar to the way humans use their senses and body to relate to the world around them. The physical capability can be compared to the so-called "physical intelligence" that aggregates signals from various sensors to determine the optimal physical behavior. To achieve the goal, we focus on the processing and measurement of the sensor data collected from the dynamic system, optimize the actuators' input. Our team has several different areas focusing on:
Autonomous Locomotion(Planning + Perception).
Locomotion Planning, Footstep Planning, Path Planning.
Environment Awareness, Obstacle Detection, Localization.
Dynamic System Modeling and Control.
Manipulation and Locomotion.
Sensor Fusion.
Computer Vision, Inertial Measurement Unit, Force/Torque Sensor, Extended Kalman-Filter.
