Faculty Availability

All professors will make office hours available to their students. Students are encouraged to make appointments in advance and communicate with professors using the Seneca College email system.

Students can expect to receive a response within 48 hours (business days only).

It is the student's responsibility to meet with their professors to address any questions and/or concerns.

**Emailing multiple times within the 48 hours without waiting for a reply, OR emailing multiple times when an answer has already been provided is not demonstrate professionalism according to the student code of conduct or the CNO code of conduct**
