1.1. TESOL graduates who are reaching out to their community through teaching English. Pray for these graduates that they will be effective in penetrating the community with the good news.
1.2. Pray for the men who have been taught by BL about leading their families biblically and that they will be empowered to influence and train others to do so.
Parachurch Workers
1. Fellowship of Evangelical Students, Singapore: Siah May Lan
1.1. Pray for God's continued healing on May Lan’s mother’s stomach cancer. Pray for her appetite to improve and her condition to be stabilised as she experiences body chills and is feeling weak.
1.2. Pray for May Lan who is awaiting confirmation in applying to take up a counselling course during her sabbatical break and also for the approval of her sabbatical plans in 2023-2024. Do also to pray for an opportunity to go for a short getaway in December 2022.
1.3. Pray for May Lan to have the wisdom to build and sustain the remaining student in NAFA CF group, and for concrete strategies and monetary resources in ministry outreach and forming a Christian fellowship in ITE East and West campus.
2. Wycliffe Singapore: Grace Tan
2.1. Praise God that Grace has completed and submitted her MA Thesis on 30 October. Pray for Grace as she seeks God on her interest in academics.
2.2. Pray for Grace’s sister who has just undergone an operation and for her speedy recovery.
3. YWAM Singapore: Beatrice Wee
3.1. Pray for Beatrice that she will be refreshed and rejuvenated during this season of her sabbatical and also in her discernment on the Lord’s leading in her ministry.
3.2. Pray for breakthrough and also for Beatrice to experience God’s grace, mercy and strength to carry her through the challenges that she is currently facing.
4. Navigators Singapore: Roger Yeo
4.1. Pray for J1, J2, QG, WD, E, A, S that the Holy Spirit would convict their hearts to response to the Good News and that the seeds planted would fall on good soil (Matthew 13). Pray they would take the step of faith.
4.2. Pray that the Lord would raise up / bring about likeminded labourers who are willing to step up to form a team to shoulder the ministry together with Roger and Pearlyn.
5. YWAM Singapore: David & Tessa Weiher
5.1. Pray for David and Tessa to have strength and wisdom in preparing the YWAM community in their move to the new premises. (David & Tessa are in the task force overseeing the physical set-up of the building and also in coordinating the aspects of prayer and worship in the community.)
5.2. Pray for David and Tessa who are leading the coming missions trip to Palembang in December 2022. Pray for the team to experience God’s guidance in their preparation for the trip.
6. YWAM Singapore: Benedict Tan
6.1. Pray for Ben and his team as they plan for the new business year.
6.2. Pray for Ben and Deborah in their wedding preparations and also for clarity of direction to their future plans.
7. YWAM Singapore: Nicole Lim
7.1. Pray for Nicole who has been given a new portfolio in facility management and pray for her to continue to grow in discernment and wisdom in this new leadership role in YWAM.
7.2. Pray for Nicole to receive an expedient reply from her insurance company to give her the pre-authorization letter to proceed for physiotherapy sessions and medical consultations.

1. East Asia : TK
1.1. Pray for the physical and spiritual health of TK and the campus team members so that they are empowered to persevere in their ministries in reaching out to the students in the campuses.
1.2. Pray for God’s provision to meet the financial needs of TK’s family. Pray for TK’s student visa extension that the approval can be received before this winter.
2. South Asia : GEMS
2.1. Pray for the GEMS staff and pastors to continue to stand firm in faith and to serve the Lord faithfully in the midst of persecution and the current pandemic situation.
2.2. Pray for India as the country is badly affected by the pandemic - many people are without jobs and the poor are suffering without basic necessities.
2.3. Pray for the Bible School students that they will continue to learn and be agents of transformation wherever the Lord leads them.
3. East Asia: Songs
3.1. Pray for the Songs and their children to continue to walk closely with God and be filled with the Holy Spirit always. Pray for God’s protection in their travels and the Holy Spirit’s enduement on them in training others.
3.2. Pray for TAN-NW workers’ concerns for their children’s education and care of their aging parents.
4. Central Asia: C&M
4.1. Pray for C&M to have good health and protection as they move about in their ministries. Pray for their two elder boys who are away in boarding school and experiencing homesickness.
4.2. Pray for the ministry of local leaders in A-land, that they will continue to grow in faith and boldness to share the Good News. Pray for resources for humanitarian aid during the cold winter season in A-land.

Ministry Executive, Family Life Ministry
Job Overview
Reporting to their immediate supervisor, the incumbent is responsible for designing and executing the church Family Life Ministry programmes in PLMC.
Key Responsibilities
Work closely with the Pastoral team, the FLM Committee and relevant ministries (such as Youth Ministry and Glowing Years Ministry) to strengthen family and marriage relationships, equip parents/grandparents to raise godly children/grandchildren, and champion biblical singlehood and dating in PLMC
Plan for leadership continuity with his/her immediate supervisor
Recruit and deploy volunteers to plan and execute FLM strategies and programmes
Plan, coordinate and lead ministry programmes in partnership with the volunteers
Assist and support all FLM related initiatives/programmes, including being the liaison person between the church office and the volunteers
Stay abreast of the latest developments in the family life ministry scene e.g. new programmes, resources
Provide pastoral care and guidance to FLM leaders
Assist in the review and preparation of an annual budget to support the various FLM programmes
Any other duties as assigned by the Pastor-In-Charge
Requirements
Theological degree or relevant experience
A genuine interest in family life matters and people, and a strong passion for working towards strengthening families, marriages, singles, and parents
Proven leadership with strong verbal and written skills
Proficiency in events organisation and management
