INFANT & CHILD BAPTISM CLASS

For those who desire their children to be baptized kindly:

Download form (found below), complete and email to Andy at andy@plmc.org. Alternatively, you may call the Church Office at 62851234. Your completed application form should reach us by 9 Oct 2022 (latest).

• Infant Baptism Form

Compulsory

1. Attend the Infant/Child Baptism Class on Mon 17 Oct 22 8.00-9.30pm. It will be conducted online (the link will be given to you nearer the date).

2. One parent must have already been baptized or attending the present BMC.

Infant Baptism Service: Sunday, 6 Nov 2022 (at Combined Baptism Svc 3pm)
