DISCIPLESHIP & NURTURE
THE SPIRIT IN THE GOSPEL: JESUS AND THE SPIRIT, ORALLY SPEAKING (Closing Date: 13 Mar)
The story of Jesus Christ has enormous impact upon the earliest Christians. It had become a narrative of self-identity among many other storytelling. It is important to understand how this story has been retold by the earliest Christians with unity and vibrant variations, even as the Spirit as a topic has been through versions of telling.
Join us to understand how the story of the Holy Spirit in the oral telling of the earliest church could help us to live in this changing world, the crucible of our current world journey. Come and learn about the Holy Spirit with Dr Yee Tet-Lim as we continue to grow deeper in the Spirit.
Topics include:
1. Spirit-and-Fire Baptism and its aftermath in the Gospel of Mark
