1. Christmas Musical Audition

Do you feel daunted by the thought of sharing the gospel with others? If you’ve always had the desire to reach others for Jesus, but felt out of your element, this is your chance! Come audition for the 90^th Anniversary Musical, A Christmas Tale - a timeless tale of Christmas with a modern twist! By using the gift of your voice, acting and movement to make the musical come alive, you will be engaged in the process of evangelism through the musical presentation. Auditions are on 14 May 2022. Collect your blessing gifts at the Fellowship Hall on Sunday, 17 Apr from 10am to 1.30pm if you have not already done so. You can also collect the gifts for your guests if you have not registered.

The Alpha Course is an opportunity to explore the Christian faith in a relaxed environment. It is a practical introduction to the basics of Christianity centred around a talk and small group discussion.

Who is Alpha for?

Anyone can come to the Alpha Course! You don’t need to be a Christian or churchgoer to qualify. We welcome anyone who is interested to know more about the Christian faith, and what God says about life.

What is it?

Alpha is a series of interactive sessions that explore the meaning of life. A topic is explored followed by a discussion where you can freely ask questions and share your opinions. It’s fun, relaxed, and totally no pressure.

When?

The online course will be from 7 May – 9 Jul 2022 (10am – 12noon) with the following schedule :

Eastertide begins on Easter Sunday, and Christ the Resurrected and Living Lord is emphasized, along with the themes of rebirth, new life, and victory over sin and death. It is a season of great celebration throughout Christendom, and the liturgical colour of white symbolizes purity and this celebratory mood. Christ’s ascension is celebrated 40 days after Easter on Ascension Day.

Our pastors will be away at the TRAC Pastors Silent Retreat from 19 to 21 April 22. Please pray for our pastors that the Lord will meet them in a very special way, and help them to maintain the silence by refraining from contacting them.
