Hello, my name is Nansubuga Namale Gladys and i joined Platinum Credit Uganda Limited in 2019 as a Call Centre Agent in Bukoto. The job was hectic at first because we were handling the new USSD channel and i was in charge of selling it in the areas of Kitgum, Pader and Mubende. I remember days when i would leave office when am tired and my ears were ringing but it was all worth it because I had figures on the report.

Two years later, I was assigned to Kyotera branch as the Branch Administrative Assistant. This was a scary experience because i had never been to the area but since the people were friendly and welcoming , I easily adjusted.

Throughout my time in PCUL, i have managed to grow my social and managerial skills since i work with different people everyday. I have also managed to buy a piece of land, cater to the needs of my daughter and meet people that i will walk this life with forever.

I advise my fellow ladies to always be persistent and embrace change. You may miss many opportunities if you stick to your old ways.

MWIYIKINWA NAUME

Hello, my name is Mwiyikinwa Naume and i joined Platinum Credit Uganda Limited on 1st April 2021 as a branch administrative assistant for Tororo branch. At first the job seemed hard but i steadily adjusted and was even awarded as the best branch administrative assistant for that year.

A year later, i was promoted to Branch Coordinator for Tororo branch. I was excited and scared at the same time because i did not have so much experience in sales but i adjusted quickly despite the challenge of balancing work and life since i had just given birth.

I thank Platinum Credit for always appreciating hard work. During my time in PCL I have attained sales skills despite having studied community psychology. I have also been able to buy land and am currently constructing my dream home.

I advise all ladies to always focus on your goal and don't let your guard down. We can make it just like the men.
