Welcome to Alpha Company. This company is the first company down the line. Alpha Company, like every company, is comprised of a Company Commander, a Company Executive Officer, and a Company First Sergeant. The Company Commander and the Company Executive Officer are normally Seniors, while the Company First Sergeant is normally a Sophomore. Next to every Leader, you will find who they are, how long they have been in the program, and their primary duties and responsibilities.

Years In The Program: 3

Duties:

Responsible For All The Success And Failures on a Company Level
Become Familiar With All The Members Of The Unit
Set The Example For The Company In Appearance, Attitude, Conduct, Bearing, Discipline, and Performance in accordance to AR 670-1 and CCR 145-2
Supervise Company Drill and Ceremony in accordance to TC 3-25.1
Performs Other Duties As The Battalion Commander May Direct

Alpha Company Executive Officer

Years In The Program: 2

Duties:

Acts as an extension of Battalion Executive Officer (BTN XO), and provides administrative duties in the company.
Second In Command For Company
Responsible For Being Familiar With The Duties and Responsibilities Of The Company Commander
Performs Other Duties As Directed By The Company Commander

Years In The Program: 2

Duties:

Supervises The Actions and Conduct Of The Platoon Sergeants and Other NCOs In The Company
Makes Recommendations For Promotions/Demotions/Awards When Appropriate
Performs Other Duties As Directed By The Company Commander
