Magnetic Microwave devices

 We are collaborating with scientists from JNU-Delhi and Rohde & Schwarz India Pvt Ltd, Delhi under the IMPRINT scheme to design, fabricate and characterize frequency tunable, compatible with monolithic Microwave Integrated Circuit (MMIC) technology, small light-weight, cost-effective, high-frequency (>10GHz).  We are also collaborating within IIT Delhi under the IMPRINT scheme to develop a Smart Integrated Landmine Detection System based on high-sensitive magnetic field sensing, a novel microwave radar imaging and vapor sensing. A solid-state spintronic microwave sensor for Microwave radar imaging will be developed by our group.  More information in the following video
