"Rebirth Balance Update"
The fourth pre-development plan balances the early-game gameplay and strategy while also made the Rebirths accessible only after beating the game.

Added a handful of new weapons that are more powerful than the Morning Star (implemented for future plans):

Chapter 5 (no key): Jetpack (replaces the Rocket Boots to allow flying upwards)
Replanned to 10 story chapters instead of 12 to reduce the burden of planning by a fair margin. Also fitting with the 3× larger content on par with the existing Awakening version.
Adjusted the enemies' attack damage to better justify the greatly higher maximum HP when compared to the original Flash version.

Enemies can now drop multiple distinct types of loot together.
Player mechanics
Now starts with 8 inventory slots instead of 10, and you can buy up to 12 bag attachments to increase your inventory slots to 20. The 10 additional free slots can only be obtained from Rebirths.
Changed the option from "discard" items to "drop" items (will disappear once you leave the location).
Slingshots now deal 3 damage to enemies instead of 1.
Falling into the bottomless pit deals 6 damage to the player (equivalent to a single heart ruby) instead of 5.
Bombs, rollo mines and flying mines now deal 8 damage instead of 7 to fit with the vastly greater HP capacity when compared to the original Flash version.
Lasers now deal 7 damage to the player instead of 6.
Rebirths
Now only accessible after beating the game by defeating the final boss.
Display
Changed the display from 900 × 600 to 1280 × 720 (720p HD).
Map metrics
Updated the Location Danger Index to be scaled rather quadratically and changed the values.
Saving
The stamina boost is now saved upon exiting the game.
