Missions

Each mission must be authorized by the thesis director at least 15 days before departure, by e-mail to be sent to: dottorato.fisica@uniroma1.it, containing all the data relating to the mission (period, funds, motivation,...).

Starting a mission

1. Fill out and sign this form

2. Attach it to an email to dottorato.fisica@uniroma1.it, putting your thesis supervisor in cc, and specify:

   • your full name

   • your cycle

   • your thesis supervisor and thesis advisor

   • your Sapienza mobility budget left

During a mission

1. Keep all the tickets and receipt

2. Keep in mind that:

   • Daily food budget = € 60 in Italy / € 80 abroad

   • Daily hotel budget = € 130 in Italy / € 230 abroad

   • Only food is refundable in grocery expenses

   • Taxi ride are refundable only in certain hours

3. Ask for a certificate of attendance

Closing a mission

1. Fill out and sign this closing form

2. Attach it to an email or give it to:

   • Roberta Ambrosetti - Administration [roberta.ambrosetti@uniroma1.it]

        (together with all the receipts and the certificate of attendance)
