Ask your freshman year and find out what year you can attend and what the requirements are in order to get accepted.
You need to create a resume that displays all of your leadership positions that you have held throughout ROTC. Thats why it is important to take every leadership opportunity that you can.

Go to the applications tab and it will have a tab on the AFI on what is required to make an official PDT.
Do not worry, reapply.
None of these PDTs are needed to succeed or go to Phase II. The only one that will automatically guarantee that your Phase I application gets accepted is the STOC. If you attend STOC, you will attend Phase II if you meet the physcial requirements and submit a complete package.
