You will be competitive and at the top of your class physically if you can check off 90% of that checklist. Don't just go there to get by, go there to excel and prive that you are the team player they want to train.
Everyone is different but try to give yourself 2 weeks of recovery before attending phase 2. During this time, your volume should be reduced to less than 50% but your intensity should stay high. The last week should be spend stretching and maintaining your cardio.

Do not get complacent.
Do not get a copy of a previous Phase 2 schedule and expect it to be the same, but what you can do is use it to familiarize yourself with the events you might encounter.
Do not treat your team poorly or think you are better than anyone else.
Go with the mentality that you are there to succeed as a team- not an individual.
Phase 2 is the selection to assess and select the officers who will lead and the enlisted candidates through the pipeline. After completing phase 2 you will be an officer throughout the piepline but you will not be treated differently than the enlisted. It will be your job to lead and lead your team to success.
