This list is only to be used by BYU Public Health faculty and staff members for a legitimate business purpose.  Access is by approval only.  If you are a BYU Public Health faculty or staff member and need access, please reach out to Tanya_Gale@byu.edu.

This Google Sheet is designed to help our department maintain up-to-date contact information for our public health community partners. It includes three tabs:

1. Master Contact List
   Use this tab to enter and manage contact details for individuals. Be sure to indicate relevant affiliations such as Advisory Committee member, general community partner, or other specific lists (let me know if there are additional categories you'd like to include). You can also note if the person would be a good guest speaker, or if you'd like them to receive a departmental Christmas card, our Annual Review Magazine, or other communications.

2. Generate Contact List by Category
   This tab automatically pulls contacts based on their affiliation or category (e.g., Advisory Committee, Community Partner, etc.).

3. Generate Contact List by Communication Need
   This tab filters contacts based on specific communication purposes—such as mailing a Christmas card or sending the Annual Review Magazine.

Please use this system to keep our department’s community connections current and organized.
