PGF Vision: To build a Knowledge Society based on a thinktank of ICT Professionals and others for nation building by development of national virtues among the c(Net)itizens.
PGF Mission:To transform an ill-informed society into a well-informed society (for e.g. by RTI Act method, for e.g. by serving as a Cyberpolicing Intelligence R&D Organization), to realise a knowledge society for the development of national virtues, to educate the people to contribute for the national good by positive participation in attending to national duties and services.
About the PAIRS Foundation Logo: It consists of many leaves and tree. A great tree spreads with new leaves and twigs always coming up without decaying ever.
The R&D services are evergreen and energetically colorful by successfully rejuvenating on the path of Dharma despite the vicissitudes of development. Hence, the huge lively colourfully depicted tree is adopted as the logo.
PAIRS Foundation is an R&D organization. It has many R&D publications(ChandPubsChronoOrder111.html - sites.google.com/site/chandraksekharaiah).

PAIRS Foundation is a collaborating organization for PGF for its R&D ideation and products. Unlike PGF, PAIRS Foundation has no student members. Some of our earlier publications were by authors who were promoted by PAIRS Foundation.
Each website developed by each PGF Member is a developed product. The design of the PGF website/the content development in the website is also quite worthwhile and involves a lot of development effort, expenditure and time. When you keep your publication .ppt, video presentation of your publication, it has the background effort of a conf. schedule, regn. expenses ... It is in the backdrop of it that each PGF Member developed one's website. So, content development is not only scheduled but also involves R&D effort and time that is of genuine value.
A welldeveloped PGF researcher's website is an R&D product and PAIRS Foundation promotes it considerately.
PGF is a Cyberpolicing, national defence organization, an R&D NGO. An aim for it is to improve the positive QoDNL parameters among our Netizens in our society by the development of national virtues in them through IT studies and projects.
A typical OGF project consists of development of 35 YouTube videos (in 7 modules @5 videos per module) to defuse the TBDCOs. The project, thus, has 7 modules. One who finishes the 7 modules is considered as having completed the project.
National virtues: to develop a national spirit, national fervor whose semantics are national amity, national sovereignty, national harmony, national unity, national integration, national integrity, national solidarity, national fraternity, ... ..., national affection, national spirit, national consciousness, ... ... All these are national virtues.
A PGF research associate is a Ph.D. researcher or a research associate in a job position or volunteer who develops national defence force by developing national virtues among Netizens. This is the Cyberpolicing task/job of a PGF research associate.
What is policing? A police is one who protects the law/protocol followers and considers to ensure punitive(punishing) measures against the law/protocol breakers. This job of protecting/punishing is called 'policing'. A parent does policing at home. A teacher does policing in academics. Police are task force personnel. Teachers and parents do policing without uniform. A salaried police does policing with uniform.
There are other concepts such as social policing, community policing, ... ...., Cyberpolicing, ... ...
