Syllabus Topics for consideration for inclusion into syllabus for the courses above
Case study: Cybersecure Digital India by National Character Development by Defusing the First Online Fake Governments(Fake Government of Telangana-Fake Government of India (FGoI-FGoT)) cybercrimes in Indian history- State Emblem of India (Prevention of Improper Use) Act 2005 violation, IT Act 2000 Section-66(C) violation(Identity Theft)
Case study significance: The first online fake governments in Indian history are Fake Government of Telangana-Fake Government of India(FGoT-FGoI). The FGoT-FGoI Cybercrimes are noticeably since the year 2011 as were in the http://www.jntuhjac.com (The cyberforensic data of the FGoT-FGoI cybercrimes in this website may be retrieved by using the freeware web robot, wayback machine. This website is no more, now.) website. Nearly, 2500 netizens got registered in this cybercriminal organizational website of the Tripartite Cybercriminal Organiations (TBDCOs) comprising FGoT/FGoI/JNTUHJAC.. The freeware web robot, wayback machine, serves the Cyberforensics w.r.t. FGoT-FGoI Cybercrimes. The prevalence of the FGoT-FGoI big data cybercrimes led to 2 FIRs in Cyberabad Commissionerate limits in Hyderabad, India. The national character of the netizens involved and their associates is at loss owing to the India-abusive FGoT-FGoI cybercrimes.
National unity, sovereignty, national amity, national fraternity, national solidarity, ... ... constitute national virtues. There is loss of national character/virtues owing to the FGoT-FGoI Cybercrimes. It is a herculean task, if not impossible, to recover these national losses.
If left unchecked, FGoT-FGoI kind-of Cybercrimes may assume recurrent proportions as new, similar India-abusive cybercrimes causing national menace, spoiling the national fabric of India.
Hence, the need of the hour is to create a national thinktank bestowed with national fervor of pupils in particular and the people in general who have the cyberpolicing skills for secure digital India.
PGF ( http://sites.google.com/view/pgovernanceforum ) is an NGO founded by me with those who got Ph.D.s under my guidance, ... ... PGF Cyberpolicing has nearly 500 YouTube video presentations on the case study forming a knowledge society of ICT field Professors, Teachers, Researchers and Students of all levels from high school level to PG/Ph.D. level. PGF serves as a Cyberpolicing Defence and Skills Development Forum for Secure Digital India.
PGF publications got 3 Best Research paper awards as in https://sites.google.com/view/chandraksekharaiah/best-research-paper-awards-certificates .
